If you have selected an e-ticket at the point of purchase then it should be attached to your original email sent by tickets@ticketquarter.co.uk with the subject line ‘Confirmation of order number xxx’ Most e-tickets are sent immediately after purchasing your tickets and on some devices appear at the top or bottom of the email. Please always check your junk folder.
Some e-tickets will not be ready to issue to customers immediately, these tickets will be emailed out at least 2 weeks before the date of the event.
If you have not received your e-ticket 2 weeks before the event, please contact us on customerservice@ticketquarter.co.uk
If your event is taking place within the next 48hrs please email customerservice@accliverpool.com stating the event name and date in the email subject and one of the team will be in touch.
