MY EVENT IS SOON AND I DON'T HAVE MY TICKETS, WHAT SHALL I DO?

If your event is taking place within the next 48 hours and you have not received your tickets, then please email us at wherearemytickets@ticketquarter.co.uk

You can also visit our on-site box office from 12 noon on the day of the event - please have your order number ready.

For e-tickets, they be should be attached to your original email sent by tickets@ticketquarter.co.uk with the subject line ‘Confirmation of order number xxx’ Most e-tickets are sent immediately after purchasing your tickets and on some devices appear at the top or bottom of the email. Please always check your junk folder.
