Tickets are issued via email up to 7 days before the event. This is to prevent tickets being lost. Additionally, this allows us to ensure up to date information is provided on the tickets such as door times.
If you have not received your ticket and it is 3 days before the event, or have lost your tickets, please email us at customerservice@lexliverpool.com.
