The price of the ticket is set by the event organiser. LEX Liverpool (M&S Bank Arena) doesn’t receive any payment from the organiser to cover the costs of selling their tickets so an administration fee is added to tickets to cover the cost of providing a box office and ticketing service. The administration fees contribute to the costs of selling and marketing tickets including: operating the contact centre, the ticketing software, IT, telephony and resource costs.
