A Ticket Quarter account (user name) is required to purchase tickets or to receive tickets that are shared with you through the M&S Bank Arena app.
Your Ticket Quarter account (user name), which is used to log in to the Ticket Quarter website, is also used to log in to the app.

Tickets can be delivered in several ways, including E-tickets and Mobile App tickets.
If you’ve selected delivery via the app, simply log in and tap the ‘Tickets’ icon in the bottom menu to view your upcoming events.
