I cannot see my tickets on the app?

If you selected ‘via app’ as your delivery method, your tickets should appear in the M&S Bank Arena app 5-7 working days before the event.

If they’re still not showing 5 days before the event, please contact our Customer Service team.

If the show is less than 5 days away, try the following steps:

  • Check your username – Make sure you’re logging in with the same account you used to buy your tickets.
  • Update the app – Delete and reinstall the app, and check you’ve got the latest version installed.
  • Reset your password – If you’ve forgotten it, tap ‘Forgot Password?’ on the login screen to create a new one. A reset link will be sent to the email address linked to your account.

If you’ve tried all of the above and still can’t see your tickets, or if you don’t have a smartphone, please bring Photo ID (matching the name on the booking), Original Payment card and Order Confirmation (If available) to the M&S Bank Arena Box Office. Our team will be happy to help. We are open a minimum of 90 minutes before the event. 
 

The Box Office is located opposite the City Side Entrance.
