No problem – using the app is completely optional. If you don’t have a smartphone, you can select ‘E-ticket’ at checkout instead. Your ticket will be sent directly to your email up to 5 working days before the event, ready to print at home and bring with you to the event. This way, you can still enjoy the show without needing the app.
