To transfer a ticket:
- Open the ticket you’d like to share in the app.
- Tap the share icon in the top-right corner of the screen and confirm you’d like to share it.
- A code of letters and numbers will appear — tap the Share icon next to the code to send it by text message or email.
Important to know:
- Only individual tickets can be shared, and only one (1) ticket at a time.
- Once a ticket has been shared, the ‘Add to Apple Wallet’ option will no longer be available.
- After a ticket has been accepted by the recipient, the barcode will be blurred out in your app.
- If you need to retrieve a shared ticket, please contact the M&S Bank Arena Box Office at customerservice@accliverpool.com or call 0344 800 0400, Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm (Exc. Bank Holidays).
Tickets already downloaded to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet can’t be shared. To re-enable sharing, remove them from your Wallet first.
